“There are no less than eight ECB and seven Fed members scheduled to speak this week, including President Draghi, and Chair Yellen.”

“For the US market however, there does not seem much that members could say to dissuade the market in its view of an imminent rate hike. It would likely need very poor US data or severe market volatility in coming weeks to do that.”

“But Draghi’s comments and the release of Friday’s EZ Q3 GDP report, could influence the market’s thinking about whether the ECB will announce an expansion of its QE programme at its Dec meeting.”
