“Crude oil prices were mixed. WTI prices have outperformed Brent and also traded at a premium for a brief period of time.

There is renewed speculation that the lifting of a US export ban may help ease the US oversupply issues. On the flip side, US crude inventories continue to head north. A Bloomberg survey suggests US crude stockpiles probably rose by 1m bbl last week.”
